adjusted max resist alarm and AC and BPM knobs #62

Lowering BPM min to 6 to better allow for assist control to sync with a patient. Increases the range of AC from 2 to 7, instead of 2 to 5. Also do this at increments of 1. Increase threshold of resist pressure alarm to 10cm H2O to reduce false alarms.

Can the increments for AC trigger be 0.5 instead of 1? When Albert and I talked last week, that's what we decided on. If you've talked with him since then and he said 1, then that would take precedence.

@braraki AC increments changed to 0.5.

@amadoantonini In the documentation at https://e-vent.mit.edu/clinical/key-ventilation-specifications/ , we have added earlier this "Respiratory Rate (RR) (breaths per minute): between 6 – 40. Note that the low RRs of 6 – 9 are only applicable to Assist Control."

Ok, thanks for the clarification.
