11 years ago I think changing fte from here will mess things up.
- For half-time TA, what if he has fellowship or something else?
- For different TA types, his fte should be changed when one change his ta type in ta_offer_process
So I think we should use ta-offer-process as the only place to change FTE to avoid unnecessary confusion.
When 1/2 TA slot is selected from TA Selection page and then going to TA Offer process page, the FTE for that TA is still shown as 1. Should be 0.5.
In the same way, if volunteer TA or Undergrad TA is chosen, the FTE should be rest to 0, and if Teaching assistant or instructor G is chosen to 1.
