Make the TA selection page faster

Try to find the bottleneck of the page and any way to make it faster.

@samanamarasinghe An experimental new page for TA selection is at Planning->TA Selection 2

• Click on the student button to select or de-select students
• Currently only student selection is here, if this working flow is OK, other features (e.g. change # of TA slots, etc) from the original TA selection page will be ported here
• Since currently student only has one STTA assignment, when student is assign-ed at one class, the button of the student in other class becomes un-click-able. The support for student with multiple (e.g. 2 half-TAs) STTA assignments is a big change for the whole system and will not be considered currently.

The TA slots should be changed from the Summary by Class page (that feature is not working even though it displays the slots),

We should setup three views for TA selection.

1) By matrix (what we had before)

2) By course

3) By student (all the courses that student can be selected to)

Perhaps have a submenu under TA selection to select these three.

Lets chat about changes to the model on Monday.
