Hi.

notebook works well on cpu too, so using gpu is not mandatory. Specified torch.device at the beginning.
transform comments to docstrings
added f-strings
prettified a little (according to pep8)
removed installation and importing tqdm because it's not used directly. Progress bars still work when downloading
