Add species distribution data #276

Hi all, I computed something like the red list index at the county level. It uses the same basic methodology with slightly different classifications (the red list has slightly different codes for the level of endangerment) but it is the same indicator. I updated the github and it should be ready to put on the website for the US counties. Its under "Endangered species counts" and "All species counts" Thanks a lot, Shelli Orzach

We should add only "Endangered species counts" data, not "All species counts" data. It's just the "Red list index" column of that.
