Add natureserv data to website (both in biodiversity and in front page) #278

Encompasses endangered species, with animals as well as plants and fungi, and how endangered species are instead of just the counts. We should just replace the GBIF biodiversity data with this.

We'll keep the GBIF plants and fungi biodiversity data, but as point-based overlay, not a county-level summary.

We should add only "Endangered species counts" data, not "All species counts" data. It's just the "Red list index" column of that.

This is IUCN data combined with natureserv data. Closing https://github.com/cypressf/mit-climate-data-viz/issues/276 as a duplicate.
