Request for valid sample output from Axon Centerline Detection pipeline #1

Hi -- I am affiliated with the LINC project (https://connects.mgh.harvard.edu/) / MIT McGovern Institute for Brain Research

@kabilar @satra @ayendiki @balbasty et. al are evaluating annotation tools -- specifically Lincoln Lab's NeuroTrALE UI / Data Manager

I am curious if there was any sample valid output from this pipeline that could be shared that would be compatible for understanding the full feature set of NeuroTrALE? I am in the process of attempting to use the library here, but it would be good to have some understanding of ground truth/expected outcome of the pipeline for usage in the annotation tooling from Lincoln Lab

Please let me know if there might be a good sample directory of assets to reference -- thanks in advance for the time and consideration!

Just one other follow-up per a different email chain with the Lincoln Lab:

I am unable to view assets in home/gridsan/groups/clarity/software/latest/precomputed_data in Supercloud under my username of akanzer@mit.edu
