Is noria dead? #187

Is Noria still in development or is it abandoned? and if so, are there any active forks of it?

Noria was, and is, a research prototype, and I'm not aware of any public active forks of it. I have graduated, so am no longer actively working on it, but others may be (though not in this repository).
