Hi, I am trying to run lobster with the noria backend. However, the Readme.md is out of date and leave me confused, so - how do I run it?

Hi there! This project is (well, was; I have since graduated) a research prototype, and so isn't really a maintained project. You may want to check out if successor: https://github.com/readysettech/readyset/
