racecar_control is not launch #18

I launch racecar_control.launch file it showing error Failed to load left_rear_wheel_velocity_controller Screenshot from 2020-02-27 13-11-45

I have the same problem ,how to solve it ?Could not load controller 'left_rear_wheel_velocity_controller' because controller type 'effort_controllers/JointVelocityController' does not exist.

I solve the problem by install effect control
