concerto ubuntu 14.10 php version 5.5

I am trying to install concerto with ubuntu 14.10, but the php version 
installed is 5.5. As I know, concerto work with php 5.4. How can I make 
concerto work in this OS?

I sucessfully installed with xampp 1.8.2, that provides php 5.4, however, the 
"run test" and debugging are not working because of problems with mysql.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tested with concerto 3 and concerto 4 (same problem: php 5.5)
Ubuntu 14.10

Concerto v5 will be available very soon. It will support PHP 5.5 and higher 
without any problems.
