Measure popularity of posts and allow users to limit which posts they want displayed #15

We could measure popularity of posts (number of likes, shares, retweets, etc.) and then have on top of the page a simple slider which would allow users to limit which posts they want displayed. The threshold of popularity.

The issue with this is that it will limit posts from rising. So those over the limit will be much more exposed than those bellow. So how can those bellow get over the limit. And more posts will be over the limit, people will rise limit even more, inflating the value. There should be some counter-force which would still allow new but potent posts to be seen.

We might use #24 to filter posts.

We could also allow up/down voting on the page itself.
