Add reduced AC charging current for locations #220

The "My Volkswagen Toggle AC Charge Speed" doesn't work if you are charging at a Location set up in the car. i have a couple of charging locations set up and would like to charge slower at some of these if i'm going to be there for a while. The "My Volkswagen Toggle AC Charge Speed" only works if your not at a location set up in the car. at the moment i have to open the app go to Departure times, Charging, Settings, and toggle the Reduced AC Charging current.

don't know if this is a possibility?

weconnect library supports this, the integration does not.
