ID4 tracker unavailable #256

Since a few days my ID4 tracker is unavailable

I install the latest version of the app with Hacs.

Version:

Core 2024.4.3 Supervisor 2024.04.0 Operating System 12.2 Frontend 20240404.2

I found this in de debuglogging: 2024-04-15 19:56:28.981 WARNING (ImportExecutor_0) [homeassistant.components.device_tracker] SOURCE_TYPE_GPS was used from volkswagen_we_connect_id, this is a deprecated constant which will be removed in HA Core 2025.1. This is a separate issue as it is only a deprecation warning. Should probably be raised separately.

In fact someone has already raised this as #237, and apparently it is fixed in the next update. There hasn't been an update for some time though...

I'm afraid I can't help with either but can confirm the location problem.

I had the some warning some time ago, but it is not directly related to "volkswagen_we_connect_id", but to a required library weconnect (version 0.60.2 as seen from manifest.json). In my installation I do not have the warning anymore. I am a rather newbie, and I have not found out how I can verify the version of weconnect on my installation (or even how i could force an update of weconnect.
