Feat: Create a plugin-ui for AdvAir

Create a minimalist plugin so that AdvAir.sh can be automatically distributed via npm.
Adjust package.json accordingly as a new Homebridge plugin.
Create a Homebridge UI interface that checks that the requirements for AdvAir.sh are met.
Create Unit tests for the new Homebridge plugin.
Alter existing tests for new directory structure already changed in the "beta" branch.
Regenerate package.lock based on production install requirements only.
