Chuck sidechain doesn't send audio immediately after loading #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save a setup with Sidechain active
2. Load setup
3. Try to send a "smack"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should get the audio blip immediately.  Smack doesn't send audio via Chuck
until the audio channel is re-selected.

Needs to be fixed in the "load" function.
