"Snap" cursor to the pixel grid #100

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It'd be nice to add an option to snap brush to the pixel grid.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow movement of the brush cursor on the pixel grid only. Something similar to what GIMP does: peek 2018-12-16 12-29

Describe alternatives you've considered Showing the pixel grid is another option, but I don't think that it is better.

Additional context Current behaviour: peek 2018-12-16 12-30
