update to b2d 1.1.1 #57

update to boot2docker 1.1.1. Switch to new docker port (TCP 2375). Include changes from https://github.com/mitchellh/boot2docker-vagrant-box/pull/52.

@mitchellh please merge this and update it on Vagrant Cloud. There are a few annoying bugs in the docker version on current mitchellh/boot2docker box (e.g. https://github.com/dotcloud/docker/issues/5928).
