Suddenly started getting this - not sure what could have triggered it. I think maybe aws-sdk gem installation to my ruby? (gem install aws-sdk)? But I uninstalled it and issue persists.

My bad - did not have the DNS record in place that vagrant-aws-route53 expected (override.route53.record_set). PEBCAK
