Why does the README.md refer to SESSION_TOKEN?

I have made this work without a SESSION_TOKEN, and per a comment in Issue 405, you don't need a SESSION_TOKEN.

Shouldn't the README be revised to delete the reference to the SESSION_TOKEN?

Alternatively, if there is some use case where it's necessary, shouldn't the README be revised to reflect that?
