Getting started fixes #59

Hi,

I had some trouble beginning with Virtualbox because many of the examples in the GettingStarted doc no longer work. I've fixed a few of them in these commits.

It's worth noting that the examples in the Relationships section still do not work, but I haven't been able to find suitable replacement examples.
