no (Badd-Boyz seems to be the only popular hosts file containing rarbg.to)

rarbg.to is a simple torrent site, doesn't host malware; there might be some problems with potentially malicious ads (which I don't know anything about, because I'm using a good adblocker), but then it would be a good idea to rather block these secondary domains instead of the rarbg domain itself.
