A decision on this, is made by the number of reports on your domains. Please bare in mind, this project is maintained by individuals in their spare time, This will leads to determinations to blacklist hole domains as the hosting company are drawing a picture of NOT being CAPABLE of protecting their systems properly.
This approach will ensure that lawful users of our platform are not disrupted by broad actions.
As just mentioned above, IF you have giving us(them) a fair reason to believe you are safeguarding your systems rather than just be sitting on your hands and stay easy targets and supporting the phishing industry, we would happily be doing third level blocking rather than second level blacklisting of the domains.
Right Now I can find huge lists of bad domains at your services just by a simple blacklist search, these searching also shows me, none of your domains actually are blacklists at the second level domain by the phishing project nor My Privacy DNS
