Whitelist Yahoo #565

I noticed that the script whitelists Cloudflare, Bing, Yandex and Google but ignores Yahoo. Seems like an oversight.

Feel free to submit their IP ranges for me and I will include them.

Slurp already added as good UA https://github.com/mitchellkrogza/nginx-ultimate-bad-bot-blocker/blob/master/_generator_lists/good-user-agents.list#L34

Yahoo has not published a list of IP ranges like Google, Cloudflare, Bing et al (certainly not one that can be found)

If you happen to find a list of ranges published by Yahoo feel free to re-open
