The site is a phishing site pretending to be a giveaway ran by popular twitch streamer Tenz for Valorant skins. It has a fake roulette which reveals you won an amazing prize and it's yours if login with your riot account - it then presents a fake version of the riot auth page. Link to this site was spread via discord scams.
