add theme info to 'getting started' vignette #184

I struggled with how to add a theme. The question was posted on StackOverflow here. All credit to 'Stefan'. Many thanks for the 'vitae' package. --rob

Thanks for your PR. :+1: :tada: I've made a couple of changes, hopefully this helps others next time they try changing the theme.
