Support the Robovac 11 #2

RoboVac 11-series devices don't support the same kind of APIs as the 30C and onwards. They use protobuf-based APIs, that are more like the switches and bulbs. See google/python-lakeside for that kind of API support.

At some point in the future there might be some kind of unified support for both classes in the same library, but not for now.

unfortunately the above project is dead, and no longer working in home assistant - so for those owners of the trusty 11 it would be great if this project could be updated to support?
