"Broken image" icon #3

Hello!

I found this module on Reddit and absolutely love it! I'm playing around with the image portion of the module I have disabled the Images function in the Config spreadsheet, and have the module in the "bottom_bar" position, however I am getting the "broken" image icon where the image is supposed to be.

Do you have any thoughts?

Thanks!

I'm getting the same thing. Any luck finding out what the issue is?

Hey, been busy with school so haven't had the chance to check my GitHub recently! To clarify, the issue is that you disabled the image function, but a "broken" image icon still appears? I'll look into it when I can.

I had this issue, but only when I was casting it to another computer. On the Pi there was no ‘ghost’ image for my setup. I fixed it by disabling the image in the settings file (can’t remember where though) not on google drive.

I was able to work around it by "enabling" images in the config and by uploading a "spacer.gif" into the images directory.

Is this issue solved? I actually have the same problem. Installed the module today.

Update: I now also used the method of a small black spacer.gif. But I don't think that's the official solution.

I'm also looking for a solution for this. Setting image to false and not having a "broken image" displaying or taking up space under the compliment.

Also, I'd like to get rid of the black line under the header so I can just have the compliment show.

I was able to get around the issue by "enabling" images in the config, uploading spacer.gif.
