Sync to Spotify does not complete #7

Running Windows 10 current version Running MusicBee V 3.4.7805 Running MusicBeeSyncToService 3.0.0

Plugin was installed by unzipping to the plugin directory
MBSTS Shows up on the "Tools" Menu
I am able to pull up the login/config window
I am successfully able to log in to Spotify
When I click my playlists and "Synchronize Selected" it imports the titles of each playlist into MusicBee
All the playlists are empty and the importer says "cannot find xxxxxx for xxxxxx playlist" for every entry
