Remove not needed #26

license.txt and readme.html are used to test if the web site is a Wordpress, usually by bot and hacker

I lean toward keeping those files for folks in general.

Saving a bit of space would be great and it would stymie a few bots but some people may look for those files purposely for their own reasons. Beginners may go looking for the readme and get confused when it's not there.
