serialize_network_to_neo4j script seems to be broken #152

Possible reasons:

  1. Non-compatiblity of latest version and changes of networkx
  2. deserialize_network function not reading pickle files due to version non-compatiblity of pickle

Also, Edge properties (including scores) are not recovered and stored in Neo4J
