Uploading QueueGroupReportDashboard , QueueGroupReportDashboard_V2, and AgentGroupReportDashboard for TFS 560938 also updating the readme file

Please review my pending commit. I am adding three new files, deleting on and changing the readme

One thing to consider is if we bother mentioning the TFS number in your commit msg or not. I guess if we used jira it would have the ticket in it as well so maybe no harm.

For a normal tfs item yes I agree. In this case, it was just getting the pbix's up in github as was originally intended. We aren't actually fixing anything, just updating the page
