The force directive on modules are not taken into consideration #3

Make sure the modules are loaded only if they have the active status enabled. Force directive should also have precedence over the active state.

This issue has been addressed by the 1.0.2 release https://github.com/mitermayer/CustomForms/tree/1.0.2
