PyGame-Demo: Traffic lights are not rendered #16

In the latest commit, c01cb4ea133e0b30b83978cc6c37bcad5107b8ef, the traffic lights are not rendered. I believe this may be causing the issues in #15 as the vehicles cannot read the traffic light colour.
