Notification is not restored on SD card mount #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install skin to SD card
2. Connect to PC, SD card is unmounted by phone, notification disappear
3. Disconnect from PC, SD card is mounted back.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The notification should appear again immediately when SD card is mounted back.
But actually it's not. The notification appears only on next update (?).
