Fix build error, update css paths, bump versions, update readme

• Regenerate requirement.txt as the current one is producing an build error.
• Point to new external stylesheets as codepen is apparently not letting us access the old one anymore (the new one is now store in github pages)
• Move some information from the README to WIKI
• Bump versions or numpy, plotly dash, and plotly dash daq
• Fix new code style errors detected by flake8 and pylint
