What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.manually install laptonica library
2.manually install tessact-ocr
3.please tell me the directory where i install above library

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
fully information about manually install in cent os 6

This is not tesseract issue/problem. You should spent some time learning about 
reading documentation for your compiler or follow information during make 
install.
