Dammit Carl... I can't reproduce this. Be honest man; are you making this up for attention? Because we totally like you for you. You don't have to make up bugs to be included.
Seriously though; can't reproduce man. What browser were you using? Was this on the front site or CP? Does it still happen?

I, for one, still think he's making it up....
If the Toolbar is installed and none of the other extensions are installed (particularly the memory history extension) - clicking on the memory option returns the following firebug error:
TypeError: google.load is not a function callback:function () {
when trying to access: class=Ee_debug_toolbar_ext&method=get_panel_data&panel=memory&LANG=ENG
