Surface Pro 3, with Windows, HDMI out (using mDP dongle) doesn't work #38

Could not get this to work; tried different dongle, cable, Opsis inputs. Windows 10, Surface Pro 3, using mac mDP dongle. Could not get clear video, wierd artifacts on screen. See logs from Boardwalk 10:30AM-ish Thu Jan 19. Was showing errors on third WER row only.
