Allows a custom video mode to be set while the device is running.
> video_mode custom 74.48 1280 1336 1472 1664 720 721 724 746 -HSync +Vsync
The EDID generated will respect the HSync and VSync flags from the custom mode. It will always be set to Digital Separate mode.
