rewrote the IModel interface
added a Prediction struct
created an IQuantizer interface
added the Alphabet class
added the IMixer interface

TODO:

Write a range coder
Add a transform on alphabets to do prediction bitwise
Add appropriate methods to alphabets for their proper serialization
Update the docs
Add higher order models
