Create HTML lines and merge into paragraphs

Currently PDFBox/ami3 creates spans of text (cf HTML <span> element) but they are all undifferentiated <svg:text>. Each text has a set of styles

• identify all such spans including splitting at inter-span breaks where character-character x-distance exceeds computed spacing from widths
• formalize the style bundle for each (probably a new class)
• give each span a uniqueID (includes page number)
• create stats for all styles to identify the range of styles
• sort all spans by y then x
• identify geometrically overlapping spans through bounding boxes (use py4ami/BBox)
• create "lines" of HTML which include super- and sub-scripts
• identify inter-line y-spacing
• merge into paragraphs.
• identify any paragraph or section headings
• develop heuristics to create HTML div for sections, subsections, etc.
