Potential revised scope of the hack

Work needed:

1. Designing our own cookie format and publish the spec.
2. Code the creation of our own cookie format designed in (1).
3. Code the creation of the IAB-E cookie format.
4. Code the user experience portion of the Chrome Extention to inform (2) and (3). Use already designed experience wireframes.
5. Publish and make noise.

Note that (3) can begin immediately, followed by (4) as work proceeds on (1).

Other helpful tasks:

• We need to find European websites using the IAB-E cookie and consent wall to test against.
• VPN access through Europe for testing on those websites would be helpful.
• Feedback and review of the user experience will be helpful. Our consent screen must not suck.
