about atrial fibrillation, its dataset, and the paper #2

Dear Authors,

I really appreciate your sharing of the source code,

I have several questions,

  1. as title, I cannot find you mentioning MIT-BIH in the paper. So I just want to confirm that this dataset is outside the 4 you mentioned in the paper?
  2. can you share the exact places that "LLaMA config on HF is not up to date with the library" as mentioned in https://github.com/mitmedialab/Health-LLM/blob/main/medalpaca/train.py ?
  3. have you considered using HF sequence classification instead of HF CausalLM?
