add dialog telling people to use safari or chrome (for now) #244

Right now we have some annoying bugs in firefox and IE. While we work on solving those, we should have an alert at the top of the screen that says:

Sorry, but you're using a web browser we don't fully support. While we work on that, please use Safari of Chrome to avoid some annoying bugs.
