change "add media" to be in bold or bigger #268

This is too hard to find right now, and is a primary user operation. We gotta try adding an icon, making it bigger or something else to make it more obvious. Split off from #266 .

This option, represented as a gear, is showing up on the demo page after you search, which it shouldn't. dashboard_-_media_cloud
