As suggested by Fernando, the dashboard url should say dashboard.mediacloud.org instead of mediameter.

Same with the home page banner; should say "Media Cloud Dashboard". We can remove the Media Meter logo for now.

Already got this in #267. I'll just change the logo to say Media Cloud around the line. We'll do this for the sources tool as well.
