+ icon replaced by gear icon when all sources are removed #274

When all sources are removed, the '+ add media' link is replaced by a small gear icon.

verified. linked to #268. @elplatt can you take a look and see if this is a quick fix. it shouldn't show the gear at any time... just the "+ add more media" link. dashboard_-_media_cloud

Well, "add media" doesn't make sense when it's already searching all media. Replacing the gear is a quick fix, but what should it be when all media is selected?
