Various text boxes scale to different widths in different languages, sometimes pushing widgets offscreen #35

This can be seen most noticeably with the Control Frame Labels in Portuguese for the Indonesian Context. We can investigate setting a max width of these labels and scaling down the text size to match if, if necessary. There may be other good solutions, though.

Made an initial attempt at this, for the control frame labels in particular. Still needs to be evaluated on other displays and whatnot.

Also make the control frame buttons resize (not the dropdowns).
