Adding functionality for displaying multiple maps #36

Our Chile collaborators raised the point that it would be good to be able to compare maps, which requires the ability to show multiple maps at the same time. One way to do this is to make the two halves of the screen (temporal graphs on the left, geographic maps on the right) both adjustable between the two types rather than locked in to their respective types.

Done! It is still 2 graphs per side and 1 map per side, but the user can now arrange them as they please.
